A range of excellent training kits are currently available, enabling security screeners to see and touch the simulated components of IEDs and weapons.

- Firearms, ammunition, and grenades which have been modified to make them inert.
- Kits containing realistic-looking simulated drug samples, designed for visual identification purposes.
- Postal devices kit, containing inert models of devices used in real postal device attacks.
- Explosive simulants that can be used for testing Trace Detection equipment.
